2026 DoW Directory Update 1

The DoW Directory 2026 Edition serves as the definitive roadmap for navigating the most significant transformation in defense acquisition in over sixty years. This comprehensive guide provides startups and nontraditional vendors with actionable intelligence on the newly established Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) and Capability Program Executive (CPE) hierarchies, which now prioritize speed of delivery and mission outcomes over traditional cost-focused metrics. By mapping out the "front doors" of the Services and identifying approximately 500 key Program Managers and decision-makers, the directory helps founders bypass the "frozen middle" and align their technology with validated requirements. Beyond providing contact information, it offers a strategic playbook for crossing the "valley of death," detailing everything from venture capital resources and military test centers to specific go-to-market strategies for both prototype-ready startups and established scaleups
