The AUSA Coffee Series is a morning professional development event featuring senior Army leaders in an intimate setting at AUSA headquarters. This January 2026 edition features General Randy A. George, the 41st Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army. The event provides attendees with the opportunity to hear directly from the Army’s top general about his priorities, the state of the force, and the Army’s transformation efforts. Coffee Series events typically include a keynote presentation followed by Q&A, offering unique access to senior military leadership. The event opens with registration, coffee, and networking before the formal program begins. Since becoming Army Chief of Staff in September 2023, General George has emphasized warfighting readiness and the Army’s Transformation in Contact initiative, which focuses on rapidly fielding new technology to soldiers. Topics typically covered include modernization, readiness, soldier welfare, and strategic priorities for the coming year.
