Welcome to the CET Sandbox Job Board

We've built this board specifically for roles in the defense and aerospace sector, where confidentiality on both sides — company and candidate — often matters as much as the role itself. A few things here work differently from a typical job board:

🔒 Your Vault

Your name, LinkedIn, and CV. Always private. No employer sees this until you personally approve a request — see "The Handshake" below.

👁 Your Teaser

Your headline, clearance level, citizenship, and experience summary. Searchable by employers so they know enough to reach out — without knowing who you are yet.

🤝 The Handshake

When an employer wants to see your full Vault, they send a reveal request — not the other way around. You'll see exactly which real company is asking (even if their listing shows an alias) before you decide anything.

You can Accept (your Vault unlocks for that employer, and a Secure Inbox thread opens between you) or Decline (nothing is shared, no explanation needed). Nothing is ever shared automatically.

A few other things worth knowing

  • Confidential listings. Some employers post under a strategic alias (e.g. "Tier 1 Aerospace Prime") instead of their real name. You'll find out who they actually are the moment they request your Vault — never before.
  • Profile visibility. In My Profile, you control whether you're Public (searchable), Private (hidden identity, but still matchable), or Not Looking (invisible to employers entirely).
  • Away / Reserve Duty status. Toggle this on to pause outreach while you're unavailable — add a return date and a short note if you'd like.
  • Secure Inbox. Messaging only opens up between you and an employer after a Handshake is accepted — there's no way to message before that.
